Shippings and delivery - Return Policy
Shipping your order
Packages are generally dispatched within 48 hours of receipt of payment and are sent via Canada Post or UPS with tracking option and distribution without signature.
If you want your parcel to be shipped with signature required on arrival, we will charge for this service , please contact us before choosing this shipping method, please.
Whatever the delivery method selected , we will provide a link to track the progress of your package online you (if such a service is offered by the carrier) .
Shipping fees include the standard packaging costs and shipping handling items as such. Handling fees are fixed, whereas shipping costs depend on the volume and weight of the package shipped. We suggest to group your items in the same order to minimize these costs. We can not group separate orders - all orders will not start from the same storage location. Shipping charges therefore apply to each order.
Your package will be dispatched at your own risks, however our staff will make sure to protect your assets in the most appropriate manner to prevent damage in transit.
The shipping options available for your delivery address will be presented during the checkout process, just before you select a payment method. Thus, you have the opportunity to simulate your shipping and select the carrier that best fits your needs and your budget.
Delivery times quoted are those provided by the carrier itself and SuperComp Sports has no control over these settings.
The packaging used by SuperComp Sports are of excellent quality to ensure maximum protection of contents.
SuperComp Sports ships to Canada, United States and 22 other countries. Overseas delivery times are generally longer than on the Canadian domestic market.
In the event that one or more items is no longer available during the preparation of the shipment, we will contact you to discuss shipping arrangements and the option to place a separate order for the missing products or cancel this part of the order. Of course, if the volume or weight of your order is modified by such a situation, we will try to adjust the price for delivery in your best interest. We do not make an profit on shipping. SuperComp Sports works primarily in your interest and for your entire satisfaction.
Be aware that you are responsible to assume any other import fees, taxes on the release of your package to your shipping address. Please also check if any import restrictions or special fees apply in your region / country . SuperComp Sports can not be held responsible for paying these fees.
In the event that one of our products would be delivered defective, broken or not working properly, we would offer you the opportunity to return it. We assume the cost of return in such a situation.
Please do not return a product without communicating with our customer service beforehand.
However, if you change your mind and no longer want to keep the purchased items, return shipping costs are at your expenses. Some restocking fees and refurbusing fees may also apply in some situations.
In all cases, SuperComp Sports wants your entire satisfaction. Do not hesitate to contact us and tell us your intentions and we will advise the with the best action to take.
An RMA number is required for all returns.
SuperComp Sports is not responsible for lost or broken packages. Only the selected carrier can be held responsible for these problems. Please contact them with your shipping reference in such a case; they will advise you and provide a solution to this issue.
All returns must be made within 7 days, following the date of receipt of the package, in order to qualify for any exchange, credit or refund.
A returned product must be in its original condition, original packaging and must be complete, unused and unopened. Some exceptions may be made however, as appropriate. Please contact us for more information.
Before shipping your order, our team ensures the quality and condition of shipped products. We do not knowingly ship defective products or damaged ones. Rigorous control is systematically made at each stage of order processing.

Once returned, items received at our address and verified, we will send your refund or your credit note to you. Any correspondence has to be made by electronic mail (eMail).
